A & K LIEVESLEY Electrical Contractors have been registered in our system to provide services to our clients under the DVA HomeFront Program and the DVA Home Maintenance Service August 2009. During this time they have successfully completed 64 jobs under the above programs. All of which were completed within the KPI's we set and all to the complete satisfaction of our clients. We conduct quality assurance calls on the completion of each case.

Given that the majority of our clients are veterans or war widows who are elderly they rely on our staff to ensure that the people we send to provide services are skilled/qualified in their trade, that they meet the time commitments we require ie response within 24 hours, the provision of a detailed written quote and completion of work within 7 working days of authorisation and that the costs are fair and reasonable.

In all cases we have found this to be the norm for this firm to such an extent that we have upgraded them to the No. 1 electrical provider for us along the Gold Coast region.

A & K Lievesley Electrical Contractors have been looking after the majority of the electrical work of Home Maintenance & Modification Program database of 8 thousand client's for the past 5 years.

It is extremely important that our program which looks after the elderly & disabled client's from the Coomera River down to the NSW, have a reliable company working for us.
